Reporting A Crime

The NHW, residents and agenciesc can interact in a number of ways to pool resources and seek help:

1. NHW-COORDINATORS: There are regular communications between Neighbourhood Watch Schemes across East Reading and Katesgrove. This is in the form of exchange of intelligence; information gathering; sharing ideas and best practice; mutual support; sharing details of crime reports/complaints to the police; and overall survey of what is happening in our areas.

2. PCSO SURGERIES : The Police Community Support Officers for Redlands and University hold surgeries at the Royal Berskhire Hospital, The Students Union,  and in Erleigh Road.

3. UNIVERSITY NEIGHBOURHOOD FORUM: Held twice yearly at Blackhorse House on campus. Representatives of the University, Police, Council attend as do all and any residents in the area who wish to go along.

4. THAMES VALLEY POLICE AUTHORITY
Hold regular meetings to which the public can attend. More details later.
